Postcards often feature beautiful, now-iconic landscapes that anyone visiting that particular place has seen time and time again. On my travels, however, they have a different meaning: they are moments and memories, like this one, taken through the car window.
Landscapes, moments, details, memories of a journey that shape my perception and the people I’ve met along the way.
I stopped off in Palermo to see Mirko Giambanco and have him make a shoulder strap for my Contax G1, which I’ll be taking on all my upcoming trips.
